In the centre of the Estate, this attractive cottage was formerly the Butler’s cottage for the now ruined Carmichael mansion house. Accommodation  is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 1 other guest. It comprises 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, lounge with coal fire and hall. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the smaller bedroom has a double bed. There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower. The fridge has a small freezer box within it. Butlers Cottage has electric night storage heating throughout and a fireplace in the sitting room.

All prices below are for the whole cottage for a week and include linen, electricity, starter pack of logs and coal for the fire and VAT.
